2. Quotations & Project Estimates
Any preliminary pricing indications, estimates, or timeframe projections generated via online contact forms or initial telephone consultations are provisional. Formal quotations are subject to full site inspection, verification of architectural/structural drawings, local planning conditions, and executed written contract terms (such as JCT or bespoke contract agreements).
3. Site Access & Client Obligations
For contracted works, clients are responsible for providing unimpeded site access, necessary utility connections (water, power), and disclosing any known structural hazards or asbestos reports prior to commencement of works.
4. Post-Construction Cleaning Protocols
Our cleaning specifications are defined per agreed scope (builders clean, sparkle clean, or deep sanitisation). Handover inspections must be conducted within 24 hours of completion to enable immediate snag sign-off.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of website usage or contracting agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
