BUILT ON
PROFESSIONALISM.
Construct Care LTD is a dedicated UK construction, renovation, refurbishment and property-care contractor delivering reliable workmanship from groundworks to the final sparkle clean.
WHO WE ARE
Practical, detail-focused contractors serving UK residential and commercial property owners.
Construct Care LTD was established to provide a straightforward, dependable alternative to fragmented contracting. We bring together experienced builders, skilled finish carpenters, decorators, and commercial cleaning specialists under one coordinated management structure.
Our work spans residential extensions, historic townhouse restorations, modern apartment refurbishments, and commercial premises upgrades. We take pride in clear communication, realistic programming, and clean, orderly sites.
OUR APPROACH
How we manage projects to ensure consistent quality, predictable timelines, and zero surprises.
CLEAR SCOPE & TRANSPARENCY
We produce detailed, itemized scopes of work before starting. Every trade requirement, material specification, and milestone is agreed upfront to prevent cost overruns.
DISCIPLINED SITE SUPERVISION
Dedicated project managers oversee daily site operations, coordinating material deliveries and monitoring build quality against architectural drawings at every phase.
SEAMLESS HANDOVER FINISH
Rather than leaving dust and debris for the owner or client to resolve, our dedicated post-construction cleaning team performs deep sanitisation and sparkle cleaning for immediate handover.
FAIQUE MALHI
Construct Care LTD Founder“I founded Construct Care LTD with an uncompromising mission: to bridge the gap between heavy structural building excellence and pristine, high-spec handover care. Too often in the UK building sector, clients are left coordinating messy trade handovers and dealing with post-construction chaos.”
“At Construct Care LTD, we take personal accountability for every brick, structural beam, bespoke joinery detail, and sparkle clean. Our team treats every property with the respect, precision, and diligence it deserves.”
OUR STANDARDS
The foundational benchmarks guiding all Construct Care LTD residential and commercial operations.
STRUCTURAL RIGOUR & SAFETY
Every project strictly adheres to UK Building Regulations and HSE standards. We operate safe, tidy, and compliant sites at all times.
SKILLED TRADESMANSHIP
From certified carpenters and structural bricklayers to precision plasterers, our trades possess deep technical competence.
INTEGRATED PROJECT DELIVERY
By aligning construction work directly with specialized cleaning teams, we avoid handover friction and ensure immaculate results.
UNCOMPROMISING CLEANLINESS
We treat post-construction cleaning as a critical discipline rather than an afterthought, utilizing HEPA air filtration and material-safe agents.

“Outstanding build quality and spotless handover”
Construct Care LTD managed our complete ground floor extension and interior renovation. Faique and his team were punctual, communicative, and transparent throughout the 14-week programme. What truly set them apart was the integrated post-construction cleaning — we walked into a pristine, ready-to-live-in home with zero dust on day one.

“Delivered strictly on time for our corporate handover”
We contracted Construct Care LTD for an accelerated office refurbishment across two floors. Their coordination of trades and adherence to strict safety guidelines was exemplary. The finishing carpentry and after-builders sparkle clean satisfied our strict tenant inspection without a single complaint.

“True craftsmen who respect heritage architecture”
Restoring a period property requires deep trade expertise. Construct Care took great care with our original cornice lines while seamlessly installing modern underfloor heating and bespoke partition walls. The site was kept clean every single evening. Highly recommended!

“Local London team delivering top-tier standard”
Being local to South London, we chose Construct Care LTD on recommendation. Faique personally walked us through the structural calculations and building control sign-off. The steel beam installation and open-plan kitchen finish are flawless.

“Consistently reliable contractor across multiple assets”
I have worked with numerous builders across the UK, and Construct Care LTD stands out for reliability. They stick to agreed payment schedules and deliver high-spec joinery and tiling. Their post-construction deep clean saved us thousands in tenant turnaround time.

“The only team I trust for client handover cleaning”
As a designer, dust and paint splatters ruin a photoshoot. Construct Care LTD's cleaning division used HEPA extraction to remove all micro-dust from delicate joinery and stone surfaces. The client was blown away by the final presentation.
