Extremely tight 72-hour window before major developer launch and investor viewings, with fine plaster dust present across complex multi-level glazing.

Our Solution
Mobilized two 6-person specialist cleaning teams operating with commercial HEPA extraction units, specialized non-acidic grout cleaners, and pure-water telescopic pole systems for exterior balconies.
Scope of Work Executed
- Industrial HEPA filtration scrubbing across 900 sqm total floor area
- Complete removal of window protective tapes, sticker residue, and paint speckles
- Grout haze removal and chemical sealing of large-format Italian porcelain tiles
- Interior and exterior balustrade glass polishing to 100% streak-free finish
- Sanitisation and microfiber buffing of custom Leicht kitchens and Miele appliances
- Final signed handover report for building control and client sign-off
