Implemented a crane lift over the roof for primary steel beams and utilized specialized micro-tracked excavators for foundation trenches.
Scope of Work Executed
- Deep strip concrete foundations and damp-proof membrane installation
- Fabrication and erection of 3.2-tonne structural steel goalpost frame
- Brickwork matched seamlessly to existing 1920s imperial dimensions
- Installation of 6m wide minimal-frame sliding glass doors and frameless rooflight
- Underfloor heating installation and continuous micro-screed floor finish
